A final decree has been passed in favour of the applicants on 24.12.2007. The applicants obtained construction permission from the 1st respondent on 30.03.2011 and thereafter commenced construction activity. The grievance of the applicants is that a large group of persons, who are not even parties to the litigation, are squatting over the land and are not permitting the applicants to proceed with their construction. The applicants have submitted a representation before the Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, on 07.02.2012, but till now no action has been taken thereon.

ORDER:

          Sri V.Venkata Rao, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants, prays that either to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restrain the persons who are interfering with the construction activity of the applicants or to direct them to take appropriate action on the representation filed by the applicants in order to ensure that the construction is not stopped.

          No one has put appearance on behalf of the counsel for the respondents.

          This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law on the representation filed by the applicants expeditiously.
